Roles in STAGES
Seeking to tailor the program, STAGES recognizes the various roles that function within an educational system which allows the program to relate to individual participants directly. Each role is unique in its level of access, opportunities for reporting, and options for functionality. The five main roles are:
Administrator
The Administrator Role allows you to provide access to the program by creating accounts and log-ins for districts.
District Superintendent
The superintendent has the same rights as the K12Admin, plus the ability to read evaluations for any teacher within the district, and to review Rubrics Totals for the district or any school within the district.
K12 Administrator
The K12 Director Role allows you to create Superintendents, Principals, and Teachers within the district that the admin is assigned to.
Building Principal/Monitoring Supervisor
The principal has the same rights as the K12Admin (except for only being able to create Role of Teacher and only within school building), plus the ability to create or read evaluations for any teacher within the building, and to review Rubrics Totals for the building.
Individual Employee
- Classroom Teacher
- Ancillary Staff
- Paraprofessional
A teacher can create self evaluations and individual development plans. A teacher can view evaluations for themselves created within their current school district.
